The Game
- How do I play a game?
We have different game modes available in the app on the Playground. Just choose the type of match you want to play, and wait for your opponent to appear! Remember, every opponent is matched up to ensure a comparable level of skill to you. - What is 1v1?
If you want to challenge yourself, join a 1v1 match! We’ll match you with an opponent of comparable skill. - What is the Playground?
Located in the bottom navigation menu, the Playground features a Quick Match button to get you into the game quickly, the ‘Change Mode’ button to access all the different game modes, the Challenges bar to access challenges, and a button to access the Leaderboards. Oh yes, you can choose your Champ from here too :) - What is Bullseye?
Put your skills to the test as you try to hit the ball to the center of a moving circle to score points. Beat your opponents by scoring as high as you can. - Why are some contests locked?
Some matches stay locked until you reach a certain XP Level, or till you get a Champ of a particular class. - How do I level up my account?
You can level up your account by account earning experience points when you use Tickets to play matches. The more tickets you spend in an event, the more account experience points you can accumulate.
Challenges
- What are Challenges?
Challenges are missions that you need to complete before their timer runs out. Completing them give you CP points, which earn you rewards when you collect enough of them
Daily Challenges expire in a day, and Seasonal Challenges are usually a 2-week-long affair. - How many rewards do I get?
Each level has different rewards like premium tokens, Tickets, & Boosters. The more you play, the better your chances of earning these rewards.
Tickets
- What are Tickets?
Tickets are used to enter different game modes.
here is a cap on how many tickets you can accumulate. This maximum cap depends on your account level - How do I get Tickets?
Tickets automatically start regenerating at a rate which depends on the the type and number of Champs that you own, including the ones on rent
Tickets are also awarded at certain milestones when you complete Seasonal & Daily Challenges
Boosters
- What is an XP boost?
Boosters increase your earned XP by 100%. Boosters can be earned through completing challenges, or you can get lucky through the Spin Wheel.
Tech/Account Issues
- What can I do to minimize lag and freezing?
Racket Rampage’s matches are best enjoyed while stationary, fully charged, connected to strong wifi, and on the latest app version. We suggest checking your wifi connection, battery power, and app version prior to playing and connecting/charging/updating as needed prior to joining a match! - My phone froze in the middle of the match. Can I get my entry fee back?
No, once you join a match we cannot credit your entry fee back. Make sure you’re on a strong connection, not running background apps, and fully powered up before starting an important match! - I got banned…
We take banning seriously and only ban users for serious violations of our Terms of Service. Bans cannot be reversed. The most common reasons for banning are:
Bot use
Fake currency generation
Inappropriate or hurtful behavior to the community
Cheating, inappropriate, or unfair play
